The 50 State Rescue Challenge: New York Edition

At Cause for Paws, we’re on a mission:

Get a pet adopted in every state.

This week’s spotlight falls on the Land of Enchantment — New Mexico! 🏜️

Located in Long Island, we’re highlighting Rescue Dogs Rock NYC.

They focus on saving the more difficult, the most urgent, critically injured and expensive dogs to save.

Since its inception in 2015, Rescue Dogs Rock NYC has saved over 9,300 dogs!

Their goal is to save abused & at risk dogs from kill shelters & provide vetting & loving homes.

If you’re in New York and looking for a new canine companion, visit Rescue Dogs Rock NYC’s website here!

🐾 Paw Profiles: Rescue Dogs Rock New York City up for adoption

🐾 Beau 🐾

Meet Beau, a 4-year-old Pit Bull Terrier mix. He’s a super sweet, gentle, friendly boy who is good with people.

Beau is a couch potato and LOVES to cuddle, is completely housebroken, enjoys car rides and does not chew or destroy anything. 🐾⛰️

🐾 Cloud 🐾

Cloud is a 7-year-old Boxer mix that is a beautiful little petite pixie – 40 pounds of dynamite: a big personality in a small package!

She’s a total love bug and very affectionate with her people. She’s house trained, crate trained, has great leash manners and knows basic commands.

A high- energy girl, she requires daily exercise and stimulation. A fenced-in yard is a must.🐾🐕

🐾 Shelly 🐾

Say hi to Shelly, a beautiful Pittie. She’s a very sweet and loving girl, and we can’t wait until she has a home to call her very own.

This girl is super smart and would do well with an active family willing to take the time and make sure she gets enough of her favorite activity. . . chasing tennis balls!

Shelly is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, housebroken, crate trained and knows basic commands. 🐾❤️
